CUAV NEO 3 is designed to provide the secure and precise positioning you need in your drone operations. Thanks to its new generation U-blox M9N chipset, it can track four different satellite systems simultaneously (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou). This multi-satellite support allows for a quick "3D Fix" (position lock) even in challenging terrains where buildings or trees obstruct the signal.

 

NEO 3 GNSS Key Features

  • New Generation U-blox M9N Chip: Offers much higher precision and an update rate of up to 25Hz per second compared to the M8N series. This helps the drone maintain its position much more stably during autonomous flights.

  • Quad-Satellite Tracking (Concurrent GNSS): Maximizes satellite count and reduces position accuracy to 1.5 meters by simultaneously using GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo systems.

  • Integrated IST8310 Compass (Magnetometer): The high-precision digital compass integrated into the module is optimized for external mounting to prevent the flight controller (FC) from being affected by magnetic interference.

     

  • Advanced Signal Filtering: The internal passive antenna structure and low-noise amplifier (LNA) layer filter electromagnetic interference (EMI), ensuring successful capture of even weak satellite signals.

     

  • Visual Status Notification: The integrated RGB LED ring communicates the system's current status (number of satellites, error warnings, flight mode) to the operator with colored lights.
