The CUAV NEO 3 Pro has been developed to make navigation errors a thing of the past in professional drone operations. Thanks to the U-blox M9N chipset it houses, it connects to four different satellite systems simultaneously (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou), offering a fast and stable 3D Lock even in the most challenging geographical conditions, deep valleys, or the "canyon" effect within cities. It completely eliminates the magnetic noise problems caused by traditional I2C connections with the DroneCAN architecture, which processes data digitally.

 

NEO 3 Pro GNSS Highlighted Features

  • U-blox M9N Next-Generation Chip: Offers an update rate of up to 25Hz per second and horizontal positioning accuracy of up to 1.5 meters. This allows the drone to react to instantaneous position changes within milliseconds.

  • DroneCAN (UAVCAN) Technology: Transmits data digitally via the CAN bus line. This technology is unaffected by electromagnetic interference (EMI) even with extended cable lengths and minimizes compass errors (Compass Variance).

  • Industrial Grade RM3100 Magnetometer: The high-precision compass (magnetometer) within the module has a much lower noise ratio compared to standard sensors. This ensures perfect heading determination for the drone.

  • Dual-Filtered Signal Amplification: Built-in SAW filters and LNA (Low Noise Amplifier) layers filter out signal contamination caused by telemetry modules or motors, capturing satellite signals in their purest form.

     

  • Built-in RGB Status LED: Thanks to the wide-angle and bright RGB LED ring, satellite lock status, autonomous flight modes, and system errors can be easily diagnosed while on the ground.
