The CUAV NEO 3x is a high-performance digital GNSS unit designed for professional UAV systems. Thanks to its integrated U-blox M9N engine, it connects to four different satellite systems simultaneously (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou), ensuring a fast and stable 3D Lock even in the most challenging geographical conditions. Its use of the modern DroneCAN protocol instead of a traditional I2C connection guarantees digital and lossless data transmission.

NEO 3x GNSS Key Features

  • U-blox M9N Technology: Offers an update rate of up to 25Hz per second with a new-generation GNSS receiver. This allows the drone to respond much faster to instantaneous position changes.

  • DroneCAN (UAVCAN) Advantage: Transmits data digitally via the CAN bus line. This prevents signal interference (EMI) even with extended cable lengths and minimizes compass errors (Compass Variance).

  • Industrial Grade RM3100 Compass: The high-precision RM3100 magnetometer located within the module has a much lower noise ratio compared to standard compasses. This helps the drone determine its heading much more stably.

  • Advanced Filtering and Protection: Thanks to internal SAW filters and an LNA (Low Noise Amplifier), it filters signal noise created by telemetry modules or other electronic components, capturing satellite signals in their purest form.

  • RGB Status LED: With its bright and wide-angle RGB LED, system status, satellite lock, and error warnings can be easily observed on the ground.
